Microsoft Azure was the foundation of the target architecture. Core business systems were migrated or rebuilt on Azure, with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 filling gaps that had previously been covered by manual processes. Change management ran alongside technical delivery to prepare the organization for each transition.
