A patchwork of aging systems was limiting the Air Force's operational readiness.
The U.S. Air Force operates across dozens of installations, each managing critical logistics, finance, and personnel processes through a fragmented mix of legacy systems. Without a standardized ERP environment, common services, the workflows that every base depends on, ran differently from installation to installation. Data was siloed, reporting inconsistent, and upgrades costly.
The program came with non-negotiable constraints: a fixed government timeline, Department of Defense security requirements at every layer, and no tolerance for operational disruption during transition.
